If you're ovulating but not producing ewcm, an over the counter decongestant like Mucinex can help relax thick cm

If you're going to use the evening primrose oil (which I highly recommend) use it from cycle day 1 to ovulation.  Once I ovulate I switch to a fish oil.  EPO is known to cause uterine contractions thus hindering implantation.  Good luck

Didn’t have egcm with my son and I got pregnant back in 2015. I personally don’t get it-like maybe once or twice a year 🤷🏽‍♀️ and it didn’t decrease my chance of pregnancy-some women don’t get it and that’s fine

I take folic acid which is recommended while ttc and I also take primrose oil capsules which has increased my ewcm aswel =)
