Is this cradle cap or just dry skin?

The top of my sons head is extremely dry but I’m not sure if it’s cradle cap or not...any suggestions on what to do for it? The pictures might not be the best examples

I used to put cetaphil baby oil on it before a bath, then rub his soft brush in circles to get it out. Sometimes I’d have to get a comb and pick the dry skin out, but it totally worked.

My son had dry, flaky skin on his head and the pediatrician said it was cradle cap
