Growth scan

At this point I’m pretty much posting about this condition everyday because I really just need support and advice from other moms... but anyways. My baby has IUGR, I’m 35 weeks and my baby is measuring roughly 30ish weeks... My last growth scan was 10 days ago and baby weighed 3 pounds. At today’s visit she was 3 pounds and 3 ounces. She really hasn’t grown much since my last growth scan. So I’m wondering why they are keeping her in if she’s hardly growing? They want me to keep her in until My induction date (March 31st) it’s only 13 days away but if she’s only gonna gain another 3-6 ounces will that make a difference? I’m just scared that she’s not getting what she needs if she’s barely growing. Please share your experiences if you are a momma of an IUGR baby!
