When should I tell work?

I’m 19 weeks and 5 days pregnant, and I haven’t told my boss that I’m pregnant yet.. I defiantly am getting bigger and will not be able to hid a bump much longer as my uniform is a t-shirt... 
there are some things that I shouldn’t be lifting but I do because she doesn’t know..
When should I tell my boss?

Tell them whenever you start showing. But if you already are then tell them now. That way they’ll understand when you can’t lift certain things. They can’t fire you just because you’re pregnant

Within the next week especially if u plan on maternity leave and expect to work after baby is born that way they can plan accordingly while you are gone

Out of courtesy to my supervisors and coworkers, I told them at 20 weeks. I thought it was only fair for then to be able to prepared for my upcoming time off by distributing workload, training someone to do things I do etc...
