3 positives??!

Hey guys! I took three tests on different days and they all say positive! Do you think they could be fake positives and should I get a test from a doctor or should I go to the doctor and tell them that I think I’m pregnant and go from there? I just don’t want to think that I am and them turn out fake!!!! 😭
