You can take two extra strength tylenol. Thats about it. Drink a coke or coffee w it and itll be like the pregnancy version of excedrine migraine. Do NOT take ibuprofen (or real excedrine). Ice pack too on back of neck while laying in a warm bath helps.

I’ve read new articles lately saying Stay away from Tylenol during pregnancy. I get migraines often. All that helps is excedrin migraine. But your pregnant so I’d do the bath and cold compress only thing that ever takes mine away of the pills don’t.

Not NSAID’s. I forget which trimester it is, but NSAID’s can cause heart defects during a certain period. Tylenol was recommended for me. And you should definitely confirm with your OBGYN

I would call your obgyn office and ask because they know your whole history and any other medications/ issues you might have. As a rule of thumb I would never take any NSAIDs (aspirin/ ibuprofen/ naproxen) while pregnant only Tylenol (acetaminophen).
