NK Cells / Natural Kill Cells

I found out today that I tested positive for NK Cells. My level was around a 12. I had a MC a couple years ago followed by a full term pregnancy. My son is now a year old and I recently had my 2nd MC trying for #2. My FS tested me for it after everything else turned up fine.

Does anyone have any experience with this? They now want to have more “controlled” cycles of IUI, medicine for the kill cells, etc. Part of me wants to continue to try naturally and let nature takes its course but Im scared.
