And what the hell can I do for chest congestion and uncontrollable cough that hurts?! I tried my nebulizer my humidifier, a steamy shower.. my rescue inhaler.. but nothing won’t help and it won’t come out. I refuse to take prednisone from the hospital bc from personal experience I know it’s not safe for my son or any steroid they give me. I’ve always struggled with asthma but it never lasted this long.. I can’t breathe fine till I start coughing and mucus or whatever won’t come out and then gets my heart going.. everytime I go to the er it’s the same thing steroids and nebulizer treatments.. I’m too jittery and there starting to give me headaches. Idk I’m sorry if this sounds some kind of way but ugh! 😔
