Would you be annoyed?

Heard my mom talking on the phone with my uncle (her brother) who lives across the country, giving him updates on what's going on around here. They were talking about plans this summer and she said that I will be "doing my thing in July" and that just kinda bugged me. Like she couldn't have said that I'm "due" or "her baby's coming in July"? Just made me feel bad like it's weird for her or something. I'm married, we have a house, good jobs. Nothing for her to be ashamed of. My sisters each have 3 kids so it's nothing new to her. Just don't know why she treats it like I have some kind of disease. :(
