Copper IUD - Late Period

Help!

I got my copper IUD (paraguard) put in, in December of 2018. I had unprotected sex three weeks ago and am a day late on my period. I always run slightly early and have lots of cramps and bloating as a sign it’s coming. I’ve had NONE of that.

What do I do? Seeing my gyno today for a followup, but I’m terrified I could be pregnant. My partner didn’t ejaculate inside of me, but I’m always afraid of pre-cum. I did see a health clinic yesterday and the test came back negative, but it still might be too early to see.

Any comforting words or thoughts on this? Need some reassurance.
