Pimples on baby's face?

She just turned 6 weeks and this appeared yesterday. What is it? Ftm Is there something i can do to get rid of it or should I just leave it?

Baby acne mine had it for about 4 months it went away

It looks like baby acne. Putting breast milk on it seemed to help my baby’s, but it really just has to run its course.

Usually pretty normal. It doesn’t took irritated or anything so that’s good. If it becomes more irritated, red, and rash like then I would see about it.

If it doesn’t bother your baby its nothing to worry about it honestly just looks like baby acne it sometimes happens if you touch or kiss your baby’s face too much we touch a lot of things & they have sensitive skin . Breastmilk helps or just simply leaving it alone it will go away ✨
