Is it hard to tend to other children while breastfeeding

I want to breastfeed. This is my 3rd pregnancy. I’ve tried with my first two and baby wasn’t getting enough milk but I intend to really try getting baby to latch right this time so she will. I’m just scared my older two babies will feel neglected. How difficult is it?!
