Took the pill 4 hours late

I’m on the pill (combined pill) and I usually take it at the same hour every. However I’ve been very busy lately and I kind of messed up with the times, so I ended up taking it 2/2,5 hours later for the past two days, while today I almost forgot and took it 4,5 hours later (days 5-7 of the package, so still I week one). I had sex on both yesterday and the day before that. Should I be okay? And can I still have sex in the next few days?

(I read online that with the combined pill you don’t need to take it at the very same time everyday to be effective, but I’m still a bit worried)
