I’ve just been so emotional lately and feeling very anxious all the time, and stressing out A LOT for no reason at all. I am soo moody towards my boyfriend for no reason too & I feel so bad!

I started my 4th pack earlier today, & I don’t know if I should switch birth controls or what because this BC makes my period light with no cramping at all so that’s a plus right...

The type of BC I’m on is the ortho tri cyclen, it’s a combination pill.
