Need advice asap

Ok do today I'm am not 14 days late, for few days I've had some pinching in ovaries oth sides and dull ache. I have taken a total of 3 test and all is negative, I did spot Saturday only when wipped and it was nothing afterwards I also had some brown discharge yesterday. I don't want to test again bc each time is heartache all over again. I'm so frustrated I feel like I have nobody to discuss this with and it's annoying.
