She feels what?!

Okay so long story short, my brothers gf is pregnant and she has terrible headaches and nausea . Any pregnant ladies have any advice on what she can take for headaches and nausea?

I had horrible headaches while pregnant when I wasn’t getting enough fluids. Make sure she is drinking plenty of water and to try some Tylenol. As for the nausea.. I used ginger candy at times—they were kind of like cough drops. I didn’t like them so they were a last resort for me. I tried to make sure I ate steadily throughout the day—if I let myself get too hungry then the nausea would hit so hard. I carried around saltine crackers with me at all times—I would eat some before even getting out of bed in the morning and munch on them throughout the day between meals.... Something about the dry saltiness was so soothing to my stomach.

There are these things called Preggie Pops, they're fruit flavored suckers but they have essential oils in them that help combat nausea. Before I miscarried I used these and they helped me a whole bunch personally. You can order them online or I think target or Walgreens carries them. I got mine off of amazon.

It’s recommended that you don’t anything during pregnancy unfortunately. If the headaches get really bad then she could take a low dose of paracetamol. It’s best to try to reduce to nausea by eating plain food etc but to be honest there isn’t much that can be done about these things during early pregnancy :) x
