Is there a meaning behind this?

For the past two months I’ve had the scariest dreams. Most of them are my fiancé cheating on me. Another my baby died inside of me and last night was my 5 year old daughter died. I’m struggling with these cause I wake up crying and it feels so real. Does anyone know the meaning behind these awful dreams? It’s only happened since I’ve been pregnant! And it seems to just be getting worse the farther along I get. I’m 19 weeks.

They don't mean what you dream. If you look up dream meanings, usually you have these types of dreams because of a big change or changes in your life are occurring..or you have an anxiety in the back of your mind that gets brought to the forefront in your sleep. It's mostly just preconceived fears or insecurities that are coming through. Those dreams are awful, I know 😔 I've had dreams of my daughters dying, but I honestly feel I had those dreams because they are growing so fast..and I hate thinking about when they are old enough to not need their mommy anymore. Try to relax just knowing it's only dreams. You'll be ok ❤

I had crazy dreams all 4 of my pregnancies. Husband cheating, me waking up in blood, my toddler falling out of our upstairs window, my toddler getting kidnapped....awful. I do believe in premonitions, but that's not what this is. It's hormones mixed with anxiety of a major life change. The only thing that seemed to help was watching something mindless for an hour before bed (no drama shows or movies....more like Shark Tank, Project Runway type of stuff) and praying/meditating before sleeping.

I had crazy dreams like this when I was pregnant. Most of them were about how my husband cheated on me or just left me because he didn’t like me. I always told him about my dreams. I tried meditating when I woke up at night to help me get back to sleep. I also listened to audiobooks as I fell asleep to try and turn my mental conversations off.

It’s anxiety and hormones influencing your subconscious.  Try doing some things to make sure your body and mind are well relaxed before bed.  Drink some warm milk, do some meditation, yoga, deep breathing, anything to help bring your body to a calm.  As you fall asleep, focus on relaxing your tongue.  I know that sounds weird but try it now as you sit there and feel how much your body relaxes.  Use a lavender room spray (make sure it’s real lavender, not just scented garbage) so your body is influenced even sleeping.  As your SO for a massage.
