Bump looking smaller... anyone else?

Hey ladies - I’m 38+5 today.

Feeling good, lots of Braxton Hicks and pelvic pressure... the norm. My bump ‘dropped’ a few weeks ago and the head has been way down for quite some time.

But the last couple of days, my bump just looks smaller! 🧐

I’ve also had loads more discharge but no amniotic fluid leakage that I’m aware of.

I thought it might just be me, but then today, my hairdresser and my neighbour commented on my bump being so small... which has NOT happened for the whole pregnancy! 😂

Baby girl is still moving so I’m not concerned, just curious: Has this happened anyone else?

Could it be a sign that the head is engaged or labor is soon? Or is it just... I dunno, one of those things? 🤷🏼‍♀️
