Career advice for a college student?

Hi ladies.. i am almost done with my first year of college working towards an associates in health science. I chose health science because there are many different things i could do with that, but i still have no clue what to do after i graduate. I like helping people, I LOVE dogs and I enjoy traveling very much. I know I shouldn’t care about the money because I wanna do what I love but also live comfortably. I constantly pressure myself to do well because I graduated high school early but now it’s looking like its gonna take me more than two years to complete an associates degree because im having trouble😭 possible career options I thought about are: labor& delivery nursing, diagnostic medical sonography, rad tech, dental hygiene, health education or even becoming a veterinarian (but ughhhh its very competitive and takes a lot of years of school) I just wanna go into the work field as fast as I can but i dont know what I even like.
