I am going to take this time to brag because I’ve worked god damn hard over the last 12 weeks. I do circuit training, gym, HIIT and looked at my diet and food consumption.

Start weight was 215lbs

Current weight is 195.6lbs

It was my birthday last week and I had an awful couple of weeks with food but to still maintain even with events going on is amazing.

I am getting stronger every single day and hurting and burning but I know it will be totally worth all the aches and pains. 👍🏻👌🏻🤟🏻

**EDIT** wow!! I did not expect this at all what an amazing bunch of people you are!!!

Everyone is asking me how I did it but there is not secret. Cutting out white carbs so no bread, pasta or potatoes, no fizzy drinks, no chocolate, no sugar (apart from fruit in its natural form), no smoothies, just 2.5 litres of water a day. 5 days at the gym working on cardio and resistance training, circuit training and HIIT training and 5 portions of fruit and veg a day.

So went and got weighed today for this first time this month. I’ve lost more weight.

My currently weight is now 180lbs!! Completely smashed the 180’s already 💪🏻💪🏻💪🏻

Absolutely loving these changes!!! My ex left me a few weeks ago and I am now no longer doing this for a baby. I am doing this for me and to make me feel empowered!!
