Do you wish you would have waited longer to have children?

I'm 26 and I don't know if I should wait longer..

I had my first baby when I was 18 I definitely wish I would’ve waited but I got pregnant at a time when I was not in a good space and having a baby really got my life together. Everything happens when it’s supposed to

I had my daughter at 20 and some days I wish I would have had her later in life. But then some days it’s a blast.

I had my daughter at 28 and my son at 30. I feel like it was the perfect age.

I like the age my husband and I started at. I got married at 18 and he was 21, then got pregnant right after with my first and then my second at 21 and had my 3rd at 23. We are done though. I wanted to still be young while my kids are young. All I knew is that I didn’t wanna be in my late 30’s or early 40’s doing the school run and taking care of toddlers. I have hopes to going back to work when they are all in school. But to each their own 🤷‍♀️

I had my son almost a month before I turned 34. Wouldn't have it any other way.

I’m 20 with twins, I had them 2 months after turning 19 and sometimes I do wish I had waited simply bc we have definitely struggled at times. I never wanted that for my kids. But hopefully things start picking up for us ‼️🙏🏻

I had my son at 21 and honestly I wished I had his later I’m now 27 and I have a 1 year old and I still wished I had waited longer I it’s hard when your trying to get a career have kids work go to school like I tell my friends that are RN’swait get your things together save up money buy a house so like that it won’t be as hard when you have it together already so I’d say wait don’t rush it

I don’t have any children right now, but if it happens, I’m always ready to provide. I plan on having children when I’m financially ready with a great career that I want, moved into a house and have savings set up / make investments, and done with college. It may not be easy, but it’ll be worth it in the future

I was 26 when I gave birth to my daughter, I had my fair share of single life shenanigans, relationships, partying, and all of that before I met my husband. My husband also had his single life and partying prior to meeting me.. we had our fun stage together then we were ready to settle down together and start a family.. lived together, bought a house, got married and made a child which we love and cherish so much.. I definitely don't regret having a child at 26 but if I hadn't had the chance to just be me and live wild and carefree before hand I'd probably feel like I "missed out" on that..I don't think I'd regret my child.. I'd probably just regret not getting to know myself and having those life experiences is all.
