If you want your hair and nails to grow, take prenatal vitamins. It’s what I do. The hair and nails thrive on those extra vitamins. Also, get rosemary oil and mix a few drops in your shampoo when you wash and massage your scalp. Rosemary oil is stimulating and opens up the follicle and helps hair grow faster. Oh, and don’t use pony tails, use clips to put up your hair. Pony tails can squeeze hair too tightly and it will break.
