Week 2 - 17kg to go

I started my diet and exercise a week ago. I have lost half a kilo (1.1lbs) so far. It is not a lot but I am happy it is something.

I knew I gained a lot during this pregnancy (number 4), but it really hits home when you can see just how much. I wanted to share my before baby and after baby photos. Obviously I am aiming to get back to my before baby weight. I miss being fit and muscular.
