I never posted for my daughters birth but here’s a short little birth story!! At around 6:30 am, a week before my due date, i woke up with mild cramping and contractions were about 10 min apart (i’m guessing i slept through the earlier contractions that were more spaced out) not being in a lot of pain, i took a shower and started packing. I then went to my amazing chiropractor and she gave me labor adjustments for delivery! I even went to walmart to walk around and get some last minute things and that’s when contractions started to pick up and it was getting difficult to talk and walk during them. (this is around 10am). Got to the hospital at 11 and my water broke in triage. I then proceeded to go from 4cm to 7cm in an hour! I started pushing at 2pm and my beautiful daughter, Alanna Mary, was born at 2:34pm, February 6th, weighing 7lbs 7oz 💕

I’m also 19 years old and I just wanted to say if there’s any young moms out there; you are just as much a mother as anyone! dont let judgmental people ever get you down, you are a great mom and you are strong!! And to all my other single moms: you got this!! it’s hard and stressful and at times you may get frustrated or discouraged but it’s worth it! and you definitely got the better deal than the father living life without the privilege of seeing your little one grow!
