Berry hibiscus refresher

From Starbucks. Safe to drink? I ordered one and decided to google a little bit and some of the things I’ve read about not being able to drink hibiscus is kind of scaring me? Thoughts? I’m 30 weeks. First one all pregnancy.. just was really craving it 😬
