Headache that won’t go away??

What medicine can I take  Or any natural stuff that is safe while being pregnant ?

How far along are you?  You can take Tylenol. If the headache doesn’t go away with Tylenol, you need to call your dr bc that can be a sign if preeclampsia.

A small amount of caffeine is okay while pregnant. So an ice tea might help too. Tylenol is safe. Being dehydrated can cause headache, so get plenty of water.
If it still won’t go away with Tylenol and hydration, talk to your doctor and check your blood pressure.

You can take Tylenol.  Not the extra strength though.  Either 1 500mg or 2 325mg tablets.  If you can try to nap, a bath, hot pack in your neck.  Sometimes the only thing that helps is going to the chiropractor.  Hope you can get it figured it! Sucks when you can't take something stronger.

For me a warm bath or shower, rest, or green tea with lemon and honey (or a combination of them all) help me.
