Mine grunted a lot too.. it’s said that the eairh crying sound and low pitched along with the leg tucking is associated with gas. My suggestions would be to add a probiotic once a day and use gas drops with each feeding. Give it a couple days and that should make a good improvement. Also, if you are formula feeding, try a sensitive type instead of regular. If you are breast feeding, it could be something in hour diet, like dairy or eggs so you might want to eliminate those and see if that helps but if you are breastfeeding and are going to eliminate, it does take around 5 days for it to completely leave your system so that translates to 5 days to leave LO ones system too before you can see if that is the issue. Hope these things help.

I was putting him down for a nap and he does this every time sometimes even shrieks like he’s in pain... he has reflux so he had already been burped and held upright to settle his tummy for 30 min. 
Im at a loss as to what is causing him so much pain or discomfort... ofcourse doctor always say “they’ll just grow out of it”... 
Any other mommas dealt with this and have any tips?? I just swaddled him (he usually hates it) to see if it helps... so far hes napped for 10 min.
