Hey I am going through my first genital herpes outbreak and it’s really rough. I am so uncomfortable and the pain sometimes brings me to tears. Does anyone have any suggestions for dealing with the pain?

Also how do I talk to my partner? I have been seeing a great guy and I need to have a convo with him about getting tested. I’m hoping this doesn’t end our relationship...
