Odd reason to go to my parents house, family needs to meet my cousins wedding planner...for wedding in October 🤔. Seems suspect to me! No mention of dinner for my moms bday til yesterday which was days ago and our normal family thing is to group text bday dinner plans at least a week out. It’s like they’re trying to avoid someone slipping up?

Dressing up, so if it’s not my shower family should get a kick out of my fanciness 🤣

Nested all morning so really could use some tasty party snacks lol. 🤞🏽

UPDATE

So the second ppl saw me in a dress and makeup they knew that I knew. Lol. Apparently I missed out on a fascinating group text in which everyone proposed super elaborate ploys to fool me. One involved a limo, another a supposed arrest warrant 🤷🏻‍♀️

The house was decorated so great. My mom gets really into DIY decorations. My SIL froze tiny babies into ice cubes and luckily nobody choked as the ice melted 🤣

Lots of friends and family there to celebrate with us. So overwhelming but amazing to be at the center of all of that. Even after a super long day of nesting and shower festivities I powered through cataloging and organizing most of the gifts. Can’t wait to keep going tomorrow but for now I am DONE!
