Has anyone ever been cut from having an ultrasound done? Yesterday we had our anatomy scan and during it the tech was putting a ton of pressure( more than I e ever felt for an ultrasound before) and ended up cutting me in my pelvic region. I didn’t realize this until going to bed. I knew I should’ve spoke up and said that hurt but I didn’t know if it was normal. She kept going trying to get all the pictures and measurements and I suffered through the pain. Told me to empty my bladder and try again and still painful. I should’ve known something was up at that point. Later that night, My husband took a look and said I was bleeding and it’s at least an inch long cut. I’m still super sore today from the ultrasound. I know I can’t be the only one this has happened to.
