1st trimester weight gain - comments please :)
How many pounds did y’all gain in the 1st trimester? I’m 11 weeks 1 day and I haven’t gained anything yet. I actually lost a few pounds at the beginning because I was so sick. I’m wondering if I should be gaining weight?? My next OB appointment is the 29th. So I will ask them then, but I’d really like to hear from y’all!
