Hot flashes?
I am 26 weeks and experiencing random hot flashes throughout the day. The worst part is that I feel like I am on fire then feels like there is a lump in my throat that makes me nauseous, and to top it off I get a headache from it. They have occurred randomly all day. How on earth do I prevent this from happening?
