Advice please! :)

So I had the testing done for LH, FSH, and AMH.

I have PCOS no male factors. My laparoscopic surgery with possible ovarian drilling has been scheduled for next week. I have also had an HSG procedure which my tubes were clear on. I have done 3 rounds of provera and 3 rounds of femara with no luck. Currently taking metformin 500mg and have been since last August. My last cycle was on Jan 21st and that was with provera.. Haven't had one since. Praying that this surgery will help.

So my results for my testing were..

LH: 18.4

FSH: 4.8

AMH: 17.8

She said my AMH is high because of PCOS but it's okay. Any advice is greatly appreciated!
