You won’t know you have it until your doctor tests you for it

Last pregnancy they found it during routine apt. I didn't have any noticeable signs other than the high BP until they did a blood test.

They usually test your urine for protein and your ankles and feet will swell up really big and gain water weight really fast. I didnt have major head aches but i had light head aches. Your blood pressure will be high.

Your doc will tell you. I was diagnosed during labor despite not having 3 days prior at my last appointment.

Swelling of the hands/feet
High blood pressure 
Worst case vision problems 
Worst case stroke like symptoms
