Getting high and uterus pain???

More often then not when I get high my uterus hurt and feels tight. I do have an IUD, ive had it for a year now. I just wanted to know if anyone else has this or if you know why??

The uterus has a ton of endocannabinoid receptors... (blood flow, contractions, stimulation) so that’s the literal reason. But the discomfort might be your iud being in an unfavorable position.

That’s weird have you tried to stop and see if it is the weed? Maybe try consuming it differently and see if it’s due to smoking, I would try different things like the way you smoke it too.
