Weird jelly glob

I just went to the bathroom and when I wiped there was a glob of thick jelly like stuff. It has no smell and is mostly clear. Looks like a mucus plug but I'm only 9weeks. Is this ok? I never had this in pregnancy before besides when I was actually losing my plug at like 39 weeks.
