Starting February 24-march2 I was spotting here and there not every day through that time frame but it came and gone all week spotting but it was brownish pink

I at first logged it as a period but I’ve never had a period like that even with having pcos my last period lasted about two weeks from October to November...so I removed it as a period and just logged it as a symptom (spotting)

Starting march21 I have been once again spotting here and there but I have no Idea what is going on. I took a test about a week and a half ago and it was negative... I’ve also had cramping here and there and bloating, occasional nausea and my urine is a clear yellow green. ( I don’t have a yeast infection) I have been taking these pills called conception because my fiancé and I have been trying for years I think as far as the urine could be maybe too much B12
