I had an okay day at work, when I get to the gym and my mom asks if she can call me. Lately, she’s been calling me a lot for things that could have just been texts. I asked if I could call her after my workout. She said yes. I called her and she wants to meet up. I told her I have to take a shower first and that I was gonna take it at the gym and meet up with her Immediately after. She said okay. After my shower, I’m changing in the changing room at the gym and this woman starts trying to open the door that I locked. After she wiggles it to see if she can get in, and realizes it’s locked, she starts trying to get in more aggressively. I had to say to this dumbass “someone’s in here! That’s why the door is locked!” Like how fucking hard is that to understand...? And there are like 3 open changing rooms to the left that had nobody in them and their doors were all open?

So then, I go and meet up with my mom and she looks at me like 🤨 and the first thing she said was “your hair’s wet.” Like I’m a gross wet dog or something. And I said “yeah, I just took a shower...?” Then she goes “you don’t have to say it like that...”

I just told you on the phone that I was gonna take a shower and then meet up with you right after...? My hair is very long and thick. There’s no way it would have had time to dry in that time...

I love my mom, but she’s not the brightest lol

People are just very annoying today.
