SUPER TMI but please help if you dont care about looking ....

I am pregnant in my 2nd trimester and I just went to the restroom to have my poop come out like this with a red ring in the water... does that look like blood!? I dont want to call my dr until I get another opinion first....

The 2nd pic is with flash but it looks a tad more orange in the photo than in person... I'm so scared.

I'm feeling more worried now because I am having really bad bubble guts. I didn't call my dr because I thought I should wait to see but now I'm not sure if I'm miscarrying! Please help I'm actually terrified right now and very anxious and can't sleep

It's the kind of bubble guts where my whole stomach is rumbling and I'm passing a lot of gas laying on my side. I'm only less than half way along in my pregnancy. Please tell me if this is bad or normal I don't want to lose my baby
