My daughter can’t fall asleep on her own. I know this is both mine and my husbands fault for poor sleeping habits. Any tips? She’s been falling asleep in our bed and then we move her to her bed when she’s asleep. Some nights she stays asleep, other nights she doesn’t. She also can’t self sooth if she wakes up in the night.

I should also note, she doesn’t sleep in a crib. She absolutely hated it and never slept in it from the time she was tiny. We have a full sized mattress on the floor for her right now and that had been her bed for the past couple of months.
