My husband and I were out of town for 2 days. When we come back, he notices one of my painted yellow cinder blocks I keep outside and put plants on is in our neighbor’s driveway.

I found that really odd! In a way I felt kind of violated that they would just go in our yard and take something of ours without our permission and obviously didn’t care if we saw it.

We don’t really know these people, but we hear them partying or fighting all the time. I have spoken to the man once, and he basically just told me that if his dog got out of their rickety fence that she wouldn’t hurt me.

My husband said he’d go get it back, but by the time we got home from church the next day it was back, but not in the right spot. It’s not really a problem, I guess. Just seemed odd to me.
