Periods & Migraine: does this happen to you?
Do you regularly get a migraine before on or the first days of your period? It’s been happening to me recently (about 6mos ago). I want know if this happens to someone else. Last night I almost lose it in the middle of instructing a yoga class. I lost my breathe, really wanted to puke and became pale white. Anyone? THANKS!
