Painful acne between boobs?

Idk what it is, it's been there for a long time. I'm only 14 so I don't want to go to a doctor about it, and I just want it gone. I can't wear swimsuits anymore because I'm so conscious of it and I hate it. Plus it hurts

Neosporen with pain relief for now. Then murad product I got from ulta. Works in 1-3 days for me on my face. Maybe try nutrogena body scrub. I used to use it.

Acne is always appear anywhere anytime. Once you hit priority, will won't ever stop. If your getting them between the boobs it's mostly from sweating, sweating causes pimples to bc of the oil from your sweat. I get them between the boobs too. I know that people are insecure about this stuff especially girls but dont be afraid of not wearing clothes you want that shows a pimple or two. Everyone has acen. Most girls just pile tins of makeup on just to cover them lol. Try oxy acne cream/ cleanser pads. They sell them at Walmart for cheap. Oxy helps me good. You can also ask your doctor if you could get treatment for it. I have this cream my dr prescribed me, its call "Erythromycin and Benzoyl Peroxide Topical Gel" this stuff will clear it in a week or 2. I broke out badly on my forehead and they gave my this treatment and after about a week or 2 the breakout was gone. Works good!

I know you dont want to goto a dr but a dr can give you access to better and more effective treatments , but if you really dont want to go try a salicylic acid serum and bring your face care down to your chest and neck
