What if you get your nails done but either dont have enough for a tip or you dont have cash and are in a rush

I would get cash and then come back and tip them. If I didn’t have enough money for the nails plus tip, I wouldn’t get them done.

Don’t get your nails done if you can’t afford to tip. Would you also go to the restaurant, pay for the meal only and not tip? I consider that pretty rude.

That’s happened to me before at a place that only took cash tips. I just promised I would come back with it and I did the next day.

There has been a couple times I thought I had cash and actually did not...
Luckily I’ve had the same nail tech for almost 2 years now, so I explain my husband probably took my cash & I ALWAYS double tip him next time. He doesn’t get bothered by it and tells me not to worry about it at all cause he knows I always tip and it was a true accident but I always let him know I’ll double tip next time! Lol

It’s pretty bad not to tip.  If you don’t have a card to add it to, you should get cash and take it back later that day.  Not tipping is really awful.

I havent had enough with me to tip the past 2 times but when i go next time i am tipping both the ladies i had previously and for that time. I always forget to have cash with me but just get them next time they will still appreciate it.

That’s why I try to be prepared before I go places like that. Next time you go, be sure to bring enough cash and you could always give them extra next time. Just let em know next time that you didn’t have enough cash on you last time so you’re leaving an extra tip.
