Daily pain in left lower abdomen

Period is set to come on March 30th. But I've been having a constant daily pain in my lower left abdomen. It could be something to do with muscle pain or injury. But havent done anything except maybe sleeping not too well to irritate it. I have never had this before and it is every single day. I started to get moody like I normally do during the week or 10 days prior to my period starting at the end of this month. But this constant stinging/stabbing pain has me a bit concerned. Today I started to feel a pinch in my right side but it's very slight. Any thoughts ?
