Mild cramping after orgasm? 6 weeks pregnant.

I had some mild cramping after having some fun with my husband. 🎉 I’m 6 weeks along. 👶🏼 The cramping only lasted for about 5 mins then subsided. Is this ok? Can orgasms hurt the pregnancy? 😕

Orgasms can not hurt the pregnancy unless you have an incompetent cervix & that typically isn’t a problem until waaaaay down the road. I experienced mild cramping after sex my entire pregnancy though, and no problems here.

Normal, even some spotting after sex or orgasm is normal in the first trimester
