Signs before labor

So, I have not been sick once while pregnant. It’s been a pretty smooth ride up until this last month obviously.

For people that went into labor, did you vomit in the days before leading up? I’ve been sick twice today and I’m not sure if it’s from her pushing on my stomach or is this could be a sign that my body is getting rid of things before D-Day. I know there’s no definite way of telling but I’d like to hear about experiences especially since I’ve had periodic cramping and bad back pain. I’m dilated to a 2cm and 60% effaced at 37 weeks and 5 days. I have another check tomorrow.
