I just cant seem to find the time

I just cant seem to find the time to work out. I see a lot of single moms doing it and I can't figure it out. I'm at my heaviest I have ever been and I just want to at least go back to when after i have my son... my second just turned 1 but how????

I do workouts through an online home fitness program👍🏽 I can do them at anytime of the day and not worry about trying to get to the gym (especially since I have a newborn now)

I think it’s important to realize you don’t need to be working out for hours on end. Any movement is better than no movement. You can always start small and build. Aside from tons of different HIIT workouts you can follow off YouTube, there’s thousands of variations of weight training movements you can do. Everything can be done at home with a resistance band, bodyweight, maybe a dumbbell and a little creativity. Walking alone can make a huge difference and it can be great for achieving a little mental clarity to kick off or end a long day.
