Please help a girl out trying to loose baby fat 😔 trying for baby #2 but instead will try to get healthy 🏋🏻‍♀️

I’m 31 years old 5’2 and 9 months postpartum before I got pregnant I was 150lb and when I got pregnant I was 164lb now I’m 190lb I’ve been like this since i had my baby haven’t been able to loose it. I’m currently not active no exercise I’m a receptionist in a healthcare office so most of the day I’m sitting down. For the past week I’ve cut down on breads and junk food not completely still drinking coffee 🤷🏻‍♀️ but I feel like I’m not loosing anything 😩 can you lovely healthy mommas give a girl some help on how to loose weight. Forgot to mention I’ve tried to make time for my self and the gym but I can’t manage to keep it up too much in my hands. DH helps a lot but he works night shifts. TYIA ❤️
