Nobody here can tell you if it’s ok. You need to call your midwife/doctor as soon as you get any bleeding so they can assess you and decide if you need to come in for checks or treatment. Never ignore or try to self-diagnose bleeding, always call a professional. It’s probably just a bit of bleeding from the cervix after which while it isn’t ever ‘normal’, it’s common and probably nothing to worry about but you do need to speak to the midwife or dr now :) x

The cervix is more sensitive when pregnant & can be irritated by sex causing light pink/ red spotting like this. I've had it with all of my pregnacies & as long as it doesn't continue for more than a few hours & you don't have cramping then it's gerenally OK. Definitely call your lead maternity carer anyway if you concerned.

Spotting after sex can be normal cos u more sensitive down there,I think I had it at 7 weeks, nine and ten weeks also, but if u see it's not stopping u can always call your doctor to get some peace of mind .
